In 2026 hardly any software team works without AI support. Coding assistants suggest code, write tests, explain unfamiliar code and complete whole subtasks on their own. For clients the question is: does this make software cheaper and faster? And does quality suffer?
For well-defined tasks, experienced developers work much faster with AI. The effect is most noticeable at the start of a project: an MVP or prototype now takes a fraction of the time it used to. Overall project costs fall less than many expect, though. Most of the work was never typing code. It was clarifying requirements, alignment, architecture decisions, security and operations.
The answer is not to avoid AI but to use it with clear rules: a person reviews every change, automated tests run before every release, and sensitive projects only use services with contractually defined data protection.
AI makes good development teams faster, not redundant. For you as a client that means faster first results, more room for testing and improvement, and more features for the same budget. We are happy to explain how we use AI in our web app projects in an initial conversation.
